Neon Rain
Cain is the owner of Antimatter, one of Edge City's high-end nightclubs, though he considers that a side hustle. His main job is making problems of all types disappear, often at a very high price. Cain has always liked solving puzzles; what is a fixer's job if not a puzzle with Edge City's residents, in their various factions and enclaves, as the pieces? He has connections in the city's drug dens and office towers alike, and he never forgets a face. Similarly, Cain never forgets when he's owed a favor. No matter what you need to acquire or dispose of, Cain knows who to ask, bribe, or kill to make it happen.
Over his decades of experience, Cain has compiled dossiers on everyone who's ever sought his services. This information is stored in a collection of memory chips, each of which is kept at he center of one of the puzzle boxes decorating Cain's office above Antimatter. He often uses these secrets as leverage, blackmailing his lower-paying clients into doing dirty work for high rollers. Cain's charming demeanor belies the truth that there is no one alive he isn't willing to screw over, if he finds a situation demands it.
